Splitting her time between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Mel values work-life balance while driving our team’s success through dedication and innovation. With over a decade of experience in the design industry, Bridget brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her background in interior architecture and product design to her role as Studio Manager at Studio Collective. Bridget’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience enable her to lead the team with clarity and purpose, while managing projects and client relationships with confidence. She thrives in dynamic environments, balancing creativity with practical insight to ensure each project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.

Olivia McDonald

Known for her collaborative approach and dedication to client relationships, Liv is a passionate designer with a deep love for interiors and trend setting curations. Specialising in the furniture and styling sector, Liv has led the design of some of Brisbane’s most influential and high-end properties. Her eye for detail and adept client communication have positioned her as a highly sought-after designer in the industry. As our social media manager, Liv thrives on-site during furniture installations and excels in crafting our social media presence with innovative and engaging content. If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her, you’ve likely experienced her vibrant presence—arguably the liveliest voice in the room with an infectious laugh that resonates with everyone she meets.

Miné Coetser

Miné approaches every project with a focus on creating spaces that feel intentional, refined, and unique to the people who experience them. Her background in fashion and marketing informs a strong sense of storytelling, ensuring each design evokes mood and meaning. She works on a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, collaborating closely with clients and the team to deliver elevated outcomes. Passionate about exploring materiality, form, and detail, Miné continually pushes creative boundaries, always seeking new ways to evolve as a designer and craft interiors that leave a lasting impression.

Julia Boucher

Julia’s passion for interior design is driven by a desire to create inspiring spaces that are deeply personal and reflective of the people who inhabit them. She values strong client relationships and takes pride in translating each client’s vision into thoughtful, well-resolved design outcomes. Collaborative by nature, Julia believes that great design is elevated through teamwork and shared ideas. Currently working as a junior interior designer, she thrives on learning from senior team members and is always eager to step outside her comfort zone. Julia finds inspiration in travel and nature, both of which continue to shape her evolving creative perspective.

Talia Pejkovic

With a multidisciplinary creative background in interior and graphic design, Talia brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to her projects. Her work reflects a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and love for natural materiality, with a focus on creating refined spaces that feel both balanced and purposeful. She’s happiest when deep in the design process, whether developing unique joinery details, collaborating closely with clients, or curating a tactile-rich material palette. Influenced by refined minimal architecture, her work finds a layered balance of tactility and warmth. Talia’s aesthetic is calm and understated, with a clear sense of identity, place, and purpose.

Rachael Cassells

Starting off as an Event Manager, Rachael has exceptional organisational skills and stays cool under pressure. Over the years, she has used her love for design to work exclusively as an Event Designer and Property Stylist, and now combines her talents to keep our Interior Design projects on track and delivered as promised. Rach loves being immersed in a fun creative atmosphere which creates new challenges daily.

Kelly McEwan

With a background in interior design and construction administration, Kelly brings a calm, proactive approach to her multifaceted role. She supports the team across all residential and commercial projects, managing admin, quoting, purchasing, warehouse operations, logistics and installation coordination. Kelly also assists with business operations, creating and maintaining internal processes and documentation and managing all incoming calls for the office. Most recently, she’s added social media coordination to her role, blending creativity with strong organisational skills. Known for her sharp eye for detail, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Elle Zoupantis

Elle has been expanding her portfolio for the last 8 years with a range of diverse roles within styling and interiors. Specialising in property/photoshoot styling this has allowed Elle to expand her skills through innovation, leadership, client management, problem solving and stock procurement. Being a true gemini, creativity flows into every project and is drawn to producing aesthetically pleasing moments within all aspects. Elle’s down to earth nature and home-like atmosphere translates into inviting spaces throughout her work and professional presence.

Isabelle Baker

Belle began her career in commercial furniture before making the switch to the world of window furnishings. Her passion for fabrics and décor prospered after completing her Interior Design studies. She loves being able to transform a space with curtains and believes window furnishings have become an integral part of interior design. In her spare time, Belle enjoys exploring morning markets, and having a glass of wine with a cheeseboard amongst friends.

Natasha Caine

Natasha brings over 15 years of experience in administration and marketing across a range of commercial real estate sectors, including healthcare, retirement, and construction/development. With qualifications in both graphic and interior design, she seamlessly combines creative expertise with organisational precision through her passion in texture and colour. Natasha is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and approachable, friendly personality. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and unwinding with a good book with multiple oat lattes.

Tommy Smith

With a diverse background spanning the design industry, healthcare, manufacturing, sales, and warehousing, Tommy brings a strong drive for client service and project coordination to every stage of the design process. His qualifications in Project Management support his practical approach to delivering seamless, well-executed outcomes – from initial consultations through to final selections. Tommy’s broad experience gives him the versatility to adapt to any project or team. He’s known for being flexible, organised, and calm under pressure – always ready to jump in and help bring a vision to life. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys travelling, relaxing by the beach, and exploring Brisbane in search of its best sweet treats.
